Alpi & Golf is a small hotel in Bormio, in the Italian Alps, born from the story of Elizabeth, an English lady, and Alfredo, a young man from the mountains. Today it is run by their son Michele and his wife Lara, who live there with their children: a family home first, and a hotel second. For wood and stone, shelves full of books, afternoon tea and the slopes just outside. Our goal was to convey the warmth of a home with a sense of quiet elegance. The website blends alpine tradition with the charm of a British cottage: a classic serif, Herbik, generous white space and editorial layouts organised in chapters, like a book to leaf through. Luca Rotondo’s photographs set the pace, while soft, warm tones lead guests to the booking.
